People can feel overwhelmed with a lot of their responsibilites, leading to constant stress throughout the brain.
Getting Frustrated
Frustration can lead to immense irritation or anger, which can cause stress
Conflict
Watching people you love or you yourself getting into conflict can really cause issues for you in terms of stress, as your body and mind may not be able to handle negative confrontation
Things to do when working to keep yourself occupied:
Watch YouTube while you work to keep something visually interesting to look at to keep yourself occupied
Listen to music to keep your mind active
Think about all that you need to accomplish

Headaches
Soreness
Heart rate speeding up
Feeling generally ill
Frequently tired
Cannot control upsetting thoughts
Failure to sleep or consistently sleep
From doing any kind of work, you can tend to get stressed easily, so here are some things to help you relax:
Watch YouTube
Watch videos about things you like
Watch videos with relaxing music or images
Listen to documentaries or "iceberg" videos, which dive into interesting facts about pop-culture
Play Videogames
Play a game that makes you feel powerful or empowered
Play something that helps you escape and relax
Listen to Music
I personally reccomend listening to relaxing music
You could also listen to documentaries to be informated about things that you find interesting
Take a Nap
Take some downtime to rest for yourself so you can let your body relax
Thing happy thoughts
Stress can be caused by negative thoughts, so it works the same in reverse, i.e, the more positive thoughts you think, the better you will feel
Exercise
Something I do on occasionally, but sometimes exercise helps you focus on nothing but your mental and physical strength
Talk to someone you trust
Always talk to those you trust, because they may be able to help you.
