Mental Health: So as we know, mental health is an important aspect of a person's health, but let's get a little more specific. When you consider that mental health can affect your actions and how you respond to certain things, it is important to keep up on your mental health, for if you don't, you may find that you always feel upset or sort of "misplaced" within your life. If you feel this way, then it is important to see a therapist or someone to help you out in a time of need...

Emotional Health: This is just as important as mental health, namely because your emotions are what help you read certain situations and make you "feel" things. If you feel emotionally unstable, this can be a bad sign because you may respond to a situation with the inappropriate emotion, like for example, if you are emotionally inept, you may end up laughing at something that should be treated seriously, for example. So always make sure to watch over your emotional health as well!
